2009 Summer Camp Reservation Information

2009 Applications will be accepted starting September 26, 2008 for WLACC units, October 10, 2008 for Units attending a WLACC summer camp in 2008, and October 24, 2008 for all other units.  Camps fill up fast - Complete your unit's application as soon as possible.

November 8 & 15, 2008 - Los Angeles and Orange County Boy Scout Councils are coordinating with area food banks to do a "Good Turn for America".  Please see the flyer for details and a participation form.

Unit Leaders:  This Fall, WLACC will begin the process of online renewal of annual Unit Charters.  Information packets will be sent to each unit.  Please follow the link for an overview of the process, and links to training and the IR web site.  Please Note: New member registration still requires submission of paper forms as soon as possible.

Outdoor Channel and the BSA have partnered to produce a series of episodes highlighting the adventure of Scouting in the great outdoors.  The show debuts in August 2008, Wednesdays at 6:30 pm Eastern Time - please check your local listings.
